Book update: Cristian Marino’s new book is out

365 DAYS OF PANDEMIC EXPERIENCED BY CHEF AND TRAVELER CRISTIAN MARINO

This book is not meant to be a cookbook, but rather a way to share what I have learned from this unusual year.

Confirming that, the optimistic approach to life helped me to overcome an unpleasant situation experienced as a victim of human rights violations at Kuala Lumpur Airport.

My journey retraces the 12 months spent across: Indonesia, Kuala Lumpur, Bucharest, Dubai and Calabria.

The 12 recipes cooked during the quarantine period lived in Bucharest represent the symbol of a year of pandemic and how important it is to keep the smile factor in every “Recipe”.

I am convinced that my story will help you to look at things from a different perspective, to learn some secrets of my life and my cuisine. Above all to remind you the importance of Smiling.

Let’s go and find out together

  3. […] The world of work has changed a lot and consequently also the way of working in the kitchen. When I started my career in the 1990s, chefs were famous for being fat and arrogant.Nowadays many new generation chefs are fit and with a very different attitude.
