“Overnight Oats” a recipe by Cristian Marino

Leave the following ingredients to “rest” in the fridge overnight or for at least 8 hours.

Ingredients:
Oats 30 g
Plain yogurt 125 g One teaspoon of honey and one teaspoon of natural apple juice without additives

Then let it “rest” in the fridge overnight or for at least 8 hours.

Before serving :
Sliced banana 70 g
Blueberries 5g
Avocado 80 g
Walnuts 10 g

A touch of little black pepper , a “pinch” of honey, sea salt and a mint leaf to decorate
