Leave the following ingredients to “rest” in the fridge overnight or for at least 8 hours.
Ingredients:
Oats 30 g
Plain yogurt 125 g ,1 Teaspoon of honey and 1 Spoon of natural apple juice without additives.
Then, let it “rest” in the fridge overnight or for at least 6 to 8 hours.
Before serving :
Sliced banana 70 g
Blueberries 5g
Avocado 80 g
Walnuts 10 g
A touch of little black pepper, a “pinch” of honey, sea salt, and a mint leaf to decorate.
