Born in Milan and professionally trained at the Erminio Maggia hospitality school in Stresa, Cristian began his career in hospitality at a young age and built it across different markets, cultures and operating environments.
His professional path has included Italy, France, the United Kingdom, Spain, Croatia, Romania, Bulgaria, the Middle East, Indonesia and the Maldives, together with luxury cruise hospitality. The environments changed; the responsibility remained the same: lead people, protect standards and make decisions that work in practice.
Executive Chef and senior culinary leadership roles exposed him to international hotels, resorts, multi-outlet operations, pre-openings, complex teams and high-pressure service. His career has included work with brands and environments such as Radisson Blu, InterContinental and Silversea, each adding a different perspective on scale, service and organizational culture.
