In Conversation With…
A forthcoming Journal series of thoughtful conversations with chefs, hospitality leaders, restaurateurs, producers and people whose work offers something worth understanding beyond a short profile or social post.
Each interview will focus on experience, decisions, craft, leadership and the ideas behind the person’s work. The aim is not promotional Q&A, but a useful conversation that gives the reader context and gives the guest a lasting editorial piece they can share.

The Journal welcomes considered proposals for interviews and editorial collaborations. If your work, experience or perspective could contribute to a useful conversation on hospitality, leadership or culinary culture, you are welcome to get in touch.
Please include a short introduction, the reason for the proposed conversation and any relevant links. Editorial selection remains at the discretion of the Journal.
