For 4 pizza of 30 cm Diameter

For the dough :
Water 0,4 L
All purpose white flour 0,750 kg 
Fresh Yeast 15 gr 
Salt 25 gr 
Extra virgin olive oil 15 gr 

For the tomato sauce:
Canned tomatoes 0,250 kg 
Garlic one clove
Crashed black pepper “one twist”
Extra virgin olive oil 15 gr 
Fresh basil 4 leaves 
Salt 10gr 

For the final garnishes 
Basil leaves 
Dry oregano 
Extra virgin olive oil
