The salmon gravlax with orange is one of my favorite dishes to prepare and eat during the holidays. It is a simple yet delicious dish with fresh salmon, orange juice, sugar, and salt. The orange juice and sugar bring a sweet undertone to the plate, while the salt adds just the right amount of flavor. The salmon is cured in the mix overnight and then thinly sliced to serve. It can be served with various accompaniments such as crackers, toast, or even on its own. The combination of flavors makes it an excellent dish for any occasion, perfect for a special meal or as a light lunch option.
