Five steps to our Watermelon “Pizza”

  • Choose a medium to small size watermelon
  • Cut a slice from the center and remove the excess seeds with the help of a teaspoon
  • Cut the large slice into eight wedge
  • Dress with feta cheese, extra virgin olive oil, oregano and fresh basil
  • Eat right away

This is a very simple idea but one that will surprise your friends and loved ones.

With what’s left of the watermelon you can simply eat it like this or make a delicious chilled watermelon soup.
